The Concept

As the 3D Lead for the B.A.P OG Bull Collection, I was responsible for the architectural foundation of the project's visual identity. My role focused on bridging the gap between high-concept design and production-ready, high-fidelity assets for a premiere NFT ecosystem.

Key Contributions:
Foundational Character Design: Sculpting and modeling the base "Bull" archetype.
Groom & Hair Systems: Developed the complex fur and diverse hairstyles to maintain visual consistency across thousands of iterations.
Pipeline Management: Led the 3D asset team, overseeing the integration of textures, colors, and accessories.
Look Development: Standardized the LookDev and PBR texturing to ensure "best-in-class" render quality for the final collection.
This project was a masterclass in managing scalable high-end assets without sacrificing artistic integrity.
